Meetings all around. A positive meeting with the company partners to discuss the state of investment opportunities. Multiple deals have come in, all with issues, but none that are irreconcilable. We have all accepted that any deal will mean that majority stake will be taken. The question now is what deal offers the best combination of financial backing, outside resources, success potential, and personal affiliation (i.e. how much does the orginal group stand to gain from the business success).
The other big meeting—our first big retail opportunity. While not national level retailer, this successful meeting would stand to be our first step outside of team sales and mom-and-pop dealers. As a young company, we are looking to prove our potential as well as our commitment to their organization. This means showing retail installations, packaging, and endorsements we bring to the table. Which means … spray glue, exacto knives, and a whole lot of cutting and pasting.
